Synthetic vs Hide Head
For indoor classroom use, synthetic heads are more stable and don't need re-tuning. For performance ensembles that play in school halls, hide gives a more authentic voice.
Size Per Age Group
Ages 5–8: 6"–8" drums. Ages 9–13: 8"–10". Ages 14+: 10"–12" for waist, 14"+ for tanggu. We'll pack mixed sizes within a single bulk order.
Storage & Hygiene
All drums come in individual cartons. We recommend ordering one storage rack per 20 drums — keeps the music room tidy and extends head life.
